Renton Family Housing
Renton Family Housing is a 24-unit program comprised of two and three bedroom units serving low-income and formerly homeless families with children. Eighteen units are located in the Renton Highlands (Highland Court Apartments) and six units are located in downtown Renton (Tucker Apartments). These units are not subsidized but they are rent-restricted by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Current maximum monthly rents range from $569 to $1,095 per month, depending on unit size and income qualifications at move-in. All units are income restricted for families with gross annual income below 30% of the area median income (currently $25,290 for family of four) or below 50% of the area median income (currently $42,150 for family of four).

If you reach our voicemail, please speak and spell your name slowly and leave your mailing address and phone number. Staff is only in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
