The South King County Family Center was established in1985 in Kent to serve the needs of the south county region. The cornerstone of the South King County Family Center is to help build better lives and better communities. We do this by individualized, needs-driven, and strength-based services through partnership efforts with the individuals, families and communities we serve.

The center is committed to serving those most in need, and to changing systems that cause discrimination, suffering and oppression due to age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or religious beliefs.
