Guadalupe Vista is a new 50 unit housing program that opened November 2009, located in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma serving homeless families and low-income individuals. Guadalupe Vista provides quality affordable housing to low-income individuals and families that likely have barriers preventing access to stable housing.
Phoenix Housing Network, a Catholic Community Services program serving homeless families in Pierce County for over 20 years, provides case management and supportive services that are strengths-based and goal-oriented to families in 38 of the homes.
One Bedroom Apartments Guadalupe Vista has 12, one bedroom apartments at the monthly rental rate of $315 and an occupancy limit of 2 people per home. Applicants must meet the income requirement of 30% AMI. Please check this site regularly for apartment availability.
