Elbert House

A 49-unit property located in Bellevue for income eligible seniors 62 years of age or older and in certain cases for persons with disabilities that require four architectural features of a unit. Applicants must be at or below 50% median income and able to live independently. Emma McRedmond Manor
A 31-unit property in downtown Redmond for income eligible seniors 62 years of age or older and in certain cases for persons with disabilities that require four architectural features of a unit. Applicants must be at or below 50% median income and able to live independently. Franciscan Apartments
Provides 38 one-bedroom apartments in Burien’s Seahurst community for seniors 62 or older and applicants younger than 62 with disabilities that require four or more barrier free features in our ADA units. This program has a current wish list and needs donations of the following new or used items: dinner or luncheon plates, silverware, gravy boats, round table cloths, desk lamps, TV converter boxes, twin sheets, blankets and comforters.
